How to Make a Soup Can Forge

This video shows how to make a simple and inexpensive tabletop forge out of a soup can with a plaster lining. The forge runs off of a common propane torch (spiral flame will work better than pencil flame) that can be bought at any hardware store. The question has been asked about what sand can be used.
