Turbo Rocks Realplate + DYI Kit Rocker Plate

Winter is here, which means more time on the trainer, or at least that is the plan. So I've been thinking about getting a rocker plate to to make my trainer as bum friendly as possible. There are not that many to choose from in market, and as I was not sure it would actually work. The idea of dropping over $1,000 on one was not a risk I was willing to take. Which is exactly why this DYI kit from Turbo Rocks was so appealing. Minimal initial outlay, and a chance to prove the concept.
